Return & Refund Policy
We take pride in the quality of our aloe-based products and aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Cosmetic Products – No Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or returns on cosmetic or skincare products once they have been opened or used. This includes (but is not limited to) creams, gels, lotions, masks, and any aloe-based personal care products.
2. Damaged Products (Courier-Related)
If your order arrives damaged due to courier handling, we are happy to assist.
The damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email us clear photos of:
- The damaged product
- The outer packaging
- Your order number
Once the damage has been verified, we will arrange a replacement product at no additional cost.
Refunds are not issued for courier-damaged items; replacement only will be provided.
3. Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange the correct item to be sent once the issue is confirmed.
4. Processing of Complaints
All customer complaints or queries will be acknowledged and reviewed.
We will respond within 3 working days from the date of receiving your complaint.
5. Refund Processing (Where Applicable)
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances (at our discretion):
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
